Real estate to me is not just about selling houses, it is about helping families achieve their goals. My philosophy is that if I truly help people and provide them with incredible service and advice, that sales will undoubtedly be the result. I further believe that through this extraordinary service and results, my business will grow as my past clients enthusiastically refer me to their family and friends. And so far, it has been working!

Each and every day I am honored that my clients place their trust in me to advise them in buying and selling one of their most important investments ~ their home. Exceptional service, honesty and complete integrity are the foundations of my day-to-day dealings with people. I approach every day with energy and passion for what I do ~ my clients deserve nothing less than Moe service and Moe results!

I have worked extremely hard to become one of the top Realtors in the area. The knowledge and local expertise that I have gained from my numerous sales transactions is undoubtedly one of the biggest competitive advantages that I offer my clients. I also compliment my real estate experience with a background in print and online marketing, and a marketing/business education obtained through a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of British Columbia.

All of my hard work and results have not gone unnoticed. I am very proud of my recent accomplishments which include:

RE/MAX Platinum Club Award
RE/MAX Chairman’s Club Award
RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award

Coming from a background in sports and sales, I believe that being a Mortgage Advisor marries these two passions of my perfectly. Born and raised in Langley, BC I spent my whole childhood and into my twenties playing hockey.

Once finished hockey, my natural transition was into the field of sales where I spent 12 years selling Evacuation Devices across North America. Throughout my time in the sales industry, I developed a direct sale department that quickly rose to being one of the most successful manufacturer-direct product lines in the Evacuation Industry. I worked extremely hard to not only sell the product, but create respectful relationships with my clients that brought repeat business year after year.

It is this experience that I bring to the mortgage industry. I look forward to providing my clients the utmost in client care and superior mortgage products with the intention to create trusting, mutually respective relationships.
