<p style="text-align: justify;">Mortgage Rates are on the rise, get prepared!  Learn the three most important things to do before mortgage rates increase to help you take advantage of historically low current mortgage rates.  First Time Home-Buyers get mortgage pre-approvals, people with current mortgages should evaluate their mortgage product to see if they can take advantage of today&#8217;s rates by refinancing their mortgage, and people with mortgages coming up for renewal should consult their mortgage broker to begin the process of locking in today&#8217;s rates.<br />
